5TRACKS office building of the year 2025

The jury describes the building, -designed by Powerhouse Company-, as an activating and connecting environment. The atriums at the heart of the blocks provide shared spaces for the surrounding offices. The design of the communal spaces is highly distinctive, featuring bold volumes and interesting finishes.

In the interior design, created in collaboration with Dutch Invertuals, a flexible route has been established through zones for concentration, informal meetings, and relaxation. Carpet patterns reference meadows, sky-blue curtains with cloud prints bring a sense of lightness, and tactile materials are intended to stimulate the senses. Color plays a central role throughout, with careful coordination between material use and tone, according to the designers.
