The Dutch Horizons collection is inspired by the North Sea and translates photography and design into unique rugs with a story to tell. We use high-quality materials that are made to last, and if something doesn’t yet exist — we simply create it ourselves. After moving to The Hague, Bert became captivated by the endless horizons of the North Sea. Sun, sea, and sky were transformed into rugs. Each rug captures the essence of a season. Roosmarie translated photographs and stories into design, resulting in a refined collection of four beautiful rugs that can be used as wall art or on the floor.
As an innovative manufacturer of custom-made rugs, CSrugs offers unparalleled design freedom. Their advanced software allows for precise control — adjusting the height of the pile and the color gradient for every ‘shot’ of 18 threads. This results in endless creative possibilities and a true sense of freedom.
FREEDOM FOR MENEERVOSS.
This freedom immediately resonated with Bert Voss, reminding him of the wide-open views over the North Sea. Together with his daughter Roosmarie Voss, a graphic designer, the idea was born to translate these coastal impressions into textile. Each rug captures the atmosphere of a season. Roosmarie transformed photographs into visual stories woven into rugs.
Through much trial and error, this creative journey led to a full-fledged collection of four stunning pieces — and this turned out to be only the beginning of an ever-growing series.

This is Meneer Voss
The design studio and label MeneerVoss was founded by Bert Voss in 2015. We curate and design both high-quality products and spaces. We use premium materials that last for years, and if someone asks for a product that doesn’t exist yet, we simply design it ourselves. With MeneerVoss, we create elegant interiors with a twist. And through our design studio, we assist in creating the interior or kitchen you’ve always dreamed of.
